Mayor proclaims September as Library Card Sign-Up Month

September is Library Card Sign-up Month and the Lebanon County Libraries have kicked off a month-long campaign entitled “Get Carded @ Lebanon County Libraries!”

Here Lebanon Mayor Robert Anspach hands his proclamation stating that September 2008 is Library Card Sign-Up Month in the City of Lebanon. Lebanon Community Library Director Jayne Tremaine is seen here accepting the proclamation.
