Yesterday at The Lebanon County Libraries Kickoff luncheon for National Library Card Sign Up Month, the libraries were presented with a certificate of recognition celebrating National Library Card Sign Up Month from State Representative Mauree Gingrich.Mauree's representative Jamie Miller was on hand to present the certificate.
